I've been cleaning my laptop over the last two days, and my keys are all sticky (not sure why :p) and also underneath the keys is disgusting. Would it be safe to pull them off, carefully, clean it, and then put them back?
Yeah thats safe. I think theres keyboard cleaner... but if its just dust and like chip crumbs or whatever, then like a regular dry, clean rag or paper towel would work fine.
TMZheartsJDMS022108 answered Wednesday July 2 2008, 12:48 pm: Go to a store like bed bath and beyond and ask for a keyboard cleaner tool, its like a mini tool the size of a screwdriver that blows air and misty water sometimes under the keys to clean it off its safer that way because if you take the keys off you might not colobrate the right way and then you'll need a new keyboard [ TMZheartsJDMS022108's advice column | Ask TMZheartsJDMS022108 A Question ]
