Low calorie foods are just that. I really believe what you are looking for are foods that don't put pounds on you by eating them. I know for a fact you can eat all the celery you want and die of starvation. I also know if you eat a lot of low fat pork you will poison your body. Not all foods are equal. What you need is a healthy eating cookbook. go to www.healthfix4life and scroll down. There is a list of healthy eating cookbooks that covers alot of foods. Check it out and let me know what you think!

there are a ton of healthy choices at like any stores now. first of all the obvious would be searching recipes for fruit and veggetable snacks and stuff like that. but you can get pretty much any fav food in a 100 calorie pack now. also, there are meals from wieghtwatchers, healthy choice, stuff like that that are really great (in my opinion) and you can't even tell that they're "low cal." they also have those brands in cookies and candy and stuff for sweet lovers. he he. also, pretty much anything vegan (no animal products like meat or dairy) will cut out a lot of calories. but there are a lot of great foods that are low cal and healthy. good luck with the search for them. lol. (p.s. sorry if i went on, but everything in my house is 100 calorie or wieght watchers. again good luck :) )
