bad memory.

my memory sucks. i'm really smart, but i can't remember anything. please tell me some memory exercises to help me improve. btw. i'm thinking about making a memory book, you know like a diary but instead i'll write about things i want to remember like special moments and hilarious sayings and things like that.. i don't want to depend upon this book to remember or my friends.. please help.

Also, experiments have shown that blueberries can help your memory! (Sounds crazy, but probably true!)

The book actually sounds like a good idea.

Also, if you associate memories with things it can trigger your memory. For instance, my freshman year of highschool I wore the Curious perfume by Brittney Spears everyday. And whenever I smell it, I remember something about my freshman year. I know that sounds completely absurd, but it is so true. I psychologically associated the smell of the perfume to freshman year, and I can remember a lot from it.

You may wanna try it, it could help
