Honestly? I think if I asked my friends [the majority being guys, obviously], I think they'd say legs really don't matter.

Yeah, not all guys are totally shallow and only care about how you look.
Example: There are 2 girls.
- One is completely gorgeous, but has the worst personality ever.
- The other is a not so gorgeous girl, but she has an amazing personality.

Guys are attracted to a lot of different things. The general consensus among my guy friends is that disgustingly skinny girls aren't attractive, like see-their-bones, hug-them-and-they-snap-in-two thin.
Plus believe it or not, guys are attracted to things other than physical appearance. Case in point is me actually getting a boyfriend.
