Be yourself!
I know everybody says this, but it's the best advice we can give you.

Look at it this way, would you rather somebody tell you how to act to impress a boy, and have a him like you for the way you're acting, without even knowing the REAL you? No way! What is the point of that? Exactly, there isn't one.

Plus, you're only 14, you have plenty of time for boys and relationships. And trust me, it's worth waiting for a guy who loves you for who you are =]

You can't really change yourself, besides being more outgoing and approaching boys so that they notice you. You can be flirty and such, but thats almost it. Just go up and talk to them so that they notice you, and then chances areee you'll have a conversation.
Or you know what you could do, is get a boyfriend from a different school. I personally think its better on all aspects, so if you wanna do that, get a friend from a different school to set you up.
Otherwise, just don't be shy! Confidence is key.

as the person below me said, make sure you don't change who you are to try to get guys to notice you. what you can do though is speak up a little more. talk to guys you wouldn't normally talk to.. that gets their attention. just guys in your classes or whatever. also, maybe you could try getting a little more dressed up for school if you don't already. wear cute clothes and a little makeup if you don't already. when girls put a little effort into how they look it definetly makes guys notice them!

Well, I say just keep being urself, if you change for a boy, than they will like you for who you become and not you truely. So, just keep it real, and just be yourself.. I<m sure you will find someone. Guys like it when girls are always positive and smile a lot! So try to always be positive... And just remember to be yourself. The right one will ocme, you just need to be patient. Also, smetimes, we think we are ready to date, but we arn't. So maybe the guys can sence you are not ready? And maybe, its just because they don't think you are available. Try to tell them that you are single without making it to obvious or looking to despirate. Hope I've helped..
