I cant stop eatin
I am stressed, and its making me onstantly eat. I have gained 17 lbs in the last month , yeah i in't think it was possible. Someone please hep me
I really need to loose at least a good 15 lbs.
HELP!

ps! .. Most of my fat is in my stomach and thighs
and face.. and it shows

and when i see other girls skinny , i dont feel good at all , and it brings me to the ice ream..
help!

dont compare yourself to other people. you are you and that cant change. but if you really want to lose weight just do a sport that you like. dont look at it as a diet. look at it as a healthy life style. you could also run around your neighborhood or even at the park

Ok dont worry many people have lots of different ways to dealing with stress and you just happen to eat when you're stressed you just need to calm down and be very possitive about things. when you're stressed and need to eat just go for the more healthier choices and exercise before you go to bed and remember never eat to late on the night because that is the food that goes to youre stomach. stop being so stressed all the time and just chill out and have a nice day dont worry about what others think its what you think and how you feel that counts.
two things...
eat less
excersise more
eat the same food everyday and you should be able to loose it but make sure it includes no fats.

I can relate with you. When I find myself getting depressed, upset, or angry I WANT to turn to food, but because I once weighed much more than I do now, I decide to turn to celery, fruit or other raw veggies, and munch on that. If munching is what you do to calm yourself, do it, but be selective in what you munch on.

Instead of turning to ice cream, try ice milk or sherbert or frozen yogurt. As you allow yourself to vent in your own way, you are also being healthy while doing it, which will make you feel better about yourself as you see the weight coming off.

Try walking to relax and calm yourself too. Instead of viewing it as excercise, see it as relaxation to meditate later on. Also, once you are done with walking, come home, light some candles, take a hot bubble bath, and let it all out (even if it's crying) once you get out and dry off, leave the candles on and eat something light and healthy. If you are old enough, have a glass of wine, with some relaxing music (Jill Scott, Erykah Badu or whatever you like) and relax a little more and reward yourself for changing your lifestyle. Read a book on healthy eating or snacking for different healthy food choices and ideas too!

By doing this, you are losing the weight relaxing PLUS meditating your mind, body and soul, so that you can calm down and stay healthy.

i have the same problem when i'm depressed or stressed. i only gain about 5 pounds when i do that. but anyway, what works for me is getting myself out of that situation, try to make yourself busy so you won't be stuck home with the ice cream bowl. also don't get busy in stressful situations, do something that relieves stress. and get your mom not to buy you junk food, then it wouldn't be in your house, so you'll have to settle for something else (heathier). and to get rid of what you've gained, run about a mile-2miles a day, takes about 30min-hour.

first of all... you need to calm down. don't call yourself fat because that will just stress you out more. chances are your not fat, maybe just a little bigger than some girls and there is nothing wrong with that. if you are not happy with your body, change your eating habits. clean out your house so that there is not a lot of chocolate, candy, or high in fat foods. if you have easy access to them you are more likely to eat them. then start exercising everyday. simple cardio is better than nothing. try doing an hour of cardio each day... whether its biking or running. then you can try the exercises on the following websites to help eliminate the fat in your stomach and thighs.
