I am friends with this guy and I like him.
Okay, I am friends with this amazing guy.He is everything a girl could wish for.I like him and he likes me, but we have never dated before.We both want to date each other, but he always has a girlfriend.He tells me he loves me but sometimes I think he is bluffing! I don't know if I should keep waiting for that day or just get over him.

Once before i was in the same situation. If you keep waiting around for him the right guy for you will pass you by. Also if he always has a girlfriend then you should just remain friends with him and look for Mr. Right.

If he really loves you... he would have asked you out a long time ago. however, he could just be scared to ask you out becuase you are his friend and he doesnt want to ruin anything. you should definatly talk to him... and ask him what is going on between the two of you. ask him if he thinks there could ever be a future for the two of you. if he replys anything other than of course I have been waiting for you to ask me this forever... then you should probably just try to move on. You shouldnt have to wait around forever. I am really hopeing that he wants something with you though... then you should definatly go for it. Unless he has a girlfriend... then it is not cool for you to date him! That is drama that you don't need.
