I'll try to sum it up short but our gym class is going bike riding 10km on friday to an ice cream place on a really hot day. One problem is, I just got ym period and when i do, I get really bad cramps. I could take Midol or something before we go but does it make you drowsy? I don't want to get hit by a car or anything. I'm the slowst bike rider ever and it's easy getting lost when you're going 10km!

Try taking it about 30-45 minutes before you go, then be sure to carry some with you so you have it available to take later on.

Don't worry about being slow, because you probably won't be the only one, and if this is a class trip then your teacher (or whoever else that's organising it) should have planned a way of keeping everyone together.
