my breasts
okay so this is pretty embarrassing, but i need to know. for the last two years little white things have been popping up on my breasts. now, i think they are white heads or something. how do i get rid of them and are they something more than white heads.

Hey girl, that doesn't sound like anything serious or wrong at all. But just on the safe side, you could tell your mother about it, and maybe even consult a doctor, just like to really be on the safe side. But its cool and don't worry about it.

Nope. They are not whiteheads. They are little lumps of skin growth growing on your breasts. Nothing to worry about! I asked my doctor about this too. She said that unless it's a painful, big lump, then that is when you should consult your doctor about it. If it's just a small, almost pimple like bump, then no, do not worry one bit about it. Don't pop them, though!

try using acne cream on them and if it worsens or doesnt work, then go talk to a physician.
but if they ARE whiteheads, just treat them like whiteheads.
