From the Island to Jersey

Question Posted Wednesday June 4 2008, 11:07 pm

16/f. Ok, I live on Long Island and there is a Coldplay (my favorite band of all time) concert in East Rutherford, NJ in October. I was wondering, would it be conceivable to buy tix, and go with a friend to New Jersey by train there?

I'm a big fan of the train :) its an easy way to travel and it is somewhat cheap. As long as your parents are okay with it, it should be no problem. I havent taken this specific route but a friend of mine has and she says that some of the stops are in some pretty bad parts of town. So just make sure you get off at the right stop!

Sure, that sounds like a very good idea if your parents are cool with it. Just make sure you don't lose the tickets/money on the train like in "Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen"- haha.
