i walk a lot more than usual nowadays, and every time i come back and take my socks off, the side of my big toe is reallly itchy, and it feels like pimples are developing on them, except after i scratch them for a while they turn white. what is this? and how can i prevent them from forming?
MAK answered Sunday June 1 2008, 11:42 pm: I get these too, and although I have no idea what they are, washing your feet with soap and warm water helps prevent them. Also walk around barefoot as much as you can.
Katlyn answered Sunday June 1 2008, 12:56 am: i think it might be a rash or maybe your shoes are too tight sometimes when they are this kind of stuff happens its a good idea to soak your foot for awhile and then give your feet some fresh air dont wear socks all the time which could be another reason sometimes when your feet to get enough air pimples develope try all this im sure it will get better/ [ Katlyn's advice column | Ask Katlyn A Question ]
