Unless someone is in physical danger and them saying something could prevent it, they can't say anything to your parents without your consent.

its illegal to tell something to your parents wihtout your consent.
it is legal to tell them if you are planning to hurt yourself or others, though.

If you tell your doctor to keep your information confidential, they have to. It's an oath they take.

I believe the only exception to this, is is you are in serious or life threatening danger.

Doctors have to keep your information confidential. They won't tell anyone of your medical history not even your parents if they ring up asking. If you don't want them to know then they won't. The only exceptions are when you are putting people at risk by not telling, such as continuing to drive even though you can have fits and blackouts.
