Nope.

In my teens I would have said it does, but a few more years of life experience has taught me that although a drunk person might say things they would not say sober the particular truth they speak isn't necessarily what they will feel and think when they are sober, or the way they will choose to act, or even the about the choices they are willing to make!

A drunk person might hit or abuse someone they truly love. A drunk person might confess love, but choose to stay with their partner who they love more. A drunk person can lie to get what they want, just like a sober one. A drunk person might get into a car and kill a stranger... these are not the acts of a sober heart or the acts of someone who is being totally honest, those are the actions of a bloody drunk-ass moron.

Just like when a person is sober, you must carefully listen and think to determine if they are really telling you the truth, or only rambling or talking about their temporary feelings. Alcohol is not truth serum. It’s a stupid serum.

This is sometimes true. Alchohol sometimes makes people say things they'd otherwise not say sober, exactly how the truth sometimes comes out when people are angry.
I'd just say to be wary with some of the things people say when they're drunk. Sometimes things may also come off more hostile, or even meaner when somebody's drunk.

definately. alcohol releases endorphins that make you relax feel everything that you would normally hide, or even deny.

Sometimes.
I can't really elaborate because everyone's different. I've said things I do and don't mean whilst under the influence. I guess it depends what the subject is. People are still capable of lying when drunk...

I've been around a lot of people who have been drinking, and I believe that, in a lot of cases, that very saying is true.

Now, we all know that people can get a little loopy if they have had too much to drink, and they aren't always truthful. [They'll go around saying crazy things], but when it comes to love - from my experience - it's usually pretty close to the truth if not the truth in its entirety.

what i've heared- The one thing about drunk confession is that it usually true because people in general intend to say thing they usually will never say before unless they have alcohol inside of them. That why alot of people us alcohol as a way of getting people to say whats really on there mind. And alot of people usually dont remember anything they say the day after
