My breasts Have been hurting very badly for about a week now maybe more. I am suposed to be getting my period any day now but my breasts have NEVER hurt this badly when Ive been on my period. I use a condom EVERRRRYYY time I have sex so i really dont think im pregnant but i know breasts tenderness is a sign. Im not sure what to doo! I'm also afraid that for some screwd up reason I'll end up being pregnant and kill it because I do drink alchohal once in awhile. what should i do.
Katlyn answered Sunday May 18 2008, 4:38 am: there could be other reasons other than pregnacy for example:
hormones in meats and dairy products can cause breast tenderness and breast pain...
So: try eliminating all meats and dairy for your home, go to "Whole Foods" or similar store where they sell meats from unterated animals (without hormones, without antibiotics, without nitrites, etc.)
another possibility is a bad fitting bra. As you get older, you change, grow, so go to a reputable lingerie "lady" that is knowledgeable in fitting you properly. Have yourself measured, and find out what the correct bra size for you is...right now. Donot wear the same bra size you wore 5 years ago! If you have large breasts, get fitted for regular bra, support bra, sports bra...and a sleep-in bra.
They might hurt when growing or before a mentruel cycle.
Usually hormonal, so may be related to menstrual cycle (periods).
They could be just growing (if you're a teenager), or it could just be hormones from your cycle.
Some months are worse than others. Some months you might feel tired, some you might feel bitchy, some your boobs might hurt.
They mostly hurt when they are growing or when you're about to start your period.
right before your menstral or after, or if your man is kissing them too much...or cancer possibly.
