hey i went to the dermatologist for that like a week ago and she told me to go to the pharmacy and get a Benzoyl Peroxide. The pimples on my back are barely there but its cuz i has them seriously. Since you say yours are not that serious i think you should consider this, it will be gone in no time.

hope i helped =]

Hello,

OK, using topical medications only masks the problem, like pharmaceuticals. Keep the acne from ever coming back by following this advice-

google search 'diet for your type' it is a book that will tell you the foods you are eating that are causing the acne.

Stop eating the food, top getting acne. Worked for me, it will work for you too.

Neutrogena Body Clear works really well.
It definitely improved my body acne, and mine was absolutely AWFUL.

If you have some big zits the day of the dance, hide them with a dab of concealer or foundation, and use some shimmer powder to distract from the redness.

But honestly, unless you've got a tumor growing out of your collarbone, people are going to say "OMG LOOK AT HER DRESS, and not "OMG LOOK AT HER ACNE!" More people have it than you probably realize.

Have fun at your dance! :]

Okay, here are some things that have worked for me in the past:
Drink water only- and at least four glasses of it throughout the day. It makes you pee a lot but it helps tremendously.
For spot treatment: toothpaste. No joke. If you rub toothpaste on your zits, it dries them out and makes them go away. Just don't overuse it because it dries your face out.
Try your hardest not to touch your face during the day.
Use an exfoliating cleanser a few times a week.
Try not to cake on the makeup- it clogs your pores.

Those are things that have worked for me personally. Here are some other tips too:

Also, Neutrogena makes a body wash specifically for acne though I'm not sure how good it works.

Oh, and hopefully at the dance the lights will be dimmed. As I always say, people look prettier in the dark :) Have fun!
