They certainly do, however, it will be best if you use other products too. Do you use conditioner? If not, do it. It's great for tangles.
Next time you're out, have a look around for products available (creams, sprays. etc) and use them as well as the shampoo.
Also, make brush your hair thoroughly after you wash it.

my hair gets reaaaaally tangled. what I do is leave a little conditioner in. shampoos don't help me at all but the conditioner smoothens the hair and makes it so much easier to brush.. also if you have a spray bottle use a water and some conditioner for times when you just want to touch up or if youre on the run =)

Hope I've helped!

I'm sure they do; however, if you're wary about switching shampoos, might I suggest a detangling spray? Suave for Kids makes a wicked-good smelling spray.. it's something like "Awesome Apple" but they changed the character on the bottle, so I think the name changed too... anyways, you can find it with the Suave Kids stuff for under $3 at Target.

And the shampoos DO work, they might not be as good as say, your regular shampoo & a spray, but everyone's hair is different so experiment.
