erm eat a balanced diet, try get 5 fruit a day, and 3 whole grain a day, AND DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.
And to get slimmer in general, sit ups and pressups in the morning, maybe a run if you really want to.

Juice also is high in calories, so replace that with real fruit. Eat a lot of veggies, and if you eat meat it should be lean meat like chicken and fish. Beans and tofu and leafy greens if you are a vegetarian. white bread is evil. Eat whole wheat bread and pasta. You can find an exercise schedule that fits your needs and likes. It could be walking everyday, or jogging or doing exercise videos. You could also join a gym or go swimming. Toning your muscles helps to burn fat more rapidly and makes your body look leaner, so be sure to incorporate toning exercises to your routine. Basically if you are gaining weight steadily right now, you need to eat less and eat the right foods and get your body moving. Even just simple life changes make a difference if you don't want to go all out. Good luck to you! [ person43's advice column | Ask person43 A Question ]
