=/ I have the same problem - I think. See sometimes I feel like I suffer from anxiety but since it's so hard to really diagnose it yourself it's hard for others to take it seriously. Perhaps visit your doctor and bring up your concerns. WebMD may also help you to find symptoms. As for your father, sit him down and tell him adult to adult that you want to have this taken care of.

I suffer terribly with anxiety too so I know what to do, you go and see your normal doctor first, the one you see when you have a cold or virus. Then he/she will decide what is the best thing for you.
Tablets are usually a last resort, especially in young people. If it's anxiety that is effecting your everyday life, you'll be refferd to see a psychologist or therapist, but the doctor will sort this out, not you, and let you know when and where to go.
If this happens you'll have 1 session to start with and then if the therapist decides you need more you'll make your appointments through her.

You should probably see a psychologist if you really do think that it's a problem. Just tell your dad that you in all honesty think that it's a problem and you would like him to take it seriously
