I think I may have aniexty but my dad doesn't seem to think or take it very seriously.
I'd like to see a doctor to check it out, what kind of doctor would I go to?

Tablets are usually a last resort, especially in young people. If it's anxiety that is effecting your everyday life, you'll be refferd to see a psychologist or therapist, but the doctor will sort this out, not you, and let you know when and where to go.
If this happens you'll have 1 session to start with and then if the therapist decides you need more you'll make your appointments through her. [ chakra's advice column | Ask chakra A Question ]
