pyromantix answered Saturday May 10 2008, 4:14 pm: Start easy by fixing your diet: cut down on sweets, salts, and packadged foods: you don't have to do away with them entirely, but try to eat as natural as possible.
You should try to stick to 2000 calories a day.
Make sure you're getting healthy excersise. Don't go overboard, start small: try to walk 1 mile a day, and do 30 crunches before bed.
30 crunches per day for a month has been proven to firm your stomach.
Try wearing ankle-weights all the time, just walking around. They're small and can easily be covered by long pants.
Try taking a yoga class: the stretching makes you feel good and warms up your muscles to burn more fat.
Good luck! [ pyromantix's advice column | Ask pyromantix A Question ]
Vegalicious21 answered Saturday May 10 2008, 4:14 pm: you can start eating healthier, and do crunchs (its better if you have an exersice ball) situps, biking, running/jogging, walking, Ab excersices, and just be more active.
You cant loose that much fat in one month, but i have to say, that be yourself, and remember to eat, dont try to lose weight by not eating, because that can make you sick.
