I like Rosemary, Molly, and Ally. There are websites though for baby names. Hope she thinks of one soon :]

My dear friend,
There are tons of cute names for your sister's child. To name him or her something meaningful, go to behindthename.com and look at the meanings for name. There's a great archive.

It might be weird but i love when people take some boy names for girls--like my gym teacher named her daughter Tanner...and i like the name Spencer..

But as for names really for a girl i like:

Madisyn
Millie
Emma Grace

Oh and for a boys middle name, i always suggest this when people ask for names...i just love it that much lol...but i like the middle name Xavier (except the X is pronounced like Z) i just love that name. Soemthing to think about! :)
hope she has a safe delivery!
