Question Posted Monday April 21 2008, 3:23 pm

Is there anything wrong with NOT shaving down there? I know it's just a doctor and they've seen it all, but is there like a "rule" as to what you do?

There is no rule. The reality is that you
are supposed to have hair there. Shaving
is not required at all. I think the majority
of women really don't want to have the itching,
or the hassle of shaving. Nor do they want
to look like a 10 year old. Doctors don't
care either way. :)

Of course not. Do what you want.

Nope, nothing wrong with that at all. Shave if you feel comfortable, but if not, then don't. They won't care, they just want you to be comfortable, since these meetings can sometimes be a little bit awkward :] goodluck.
