thats weird that fitness camp didnt help, it looks like it would from what ive seen. but i guess its not for everyone, and thats ok.

im not going to tell you to do things that might put you at risk for gaining the weight back, because you want to lose weight healthy in order for you to keep it off.

so eat a TON of fruits and veggis. drink a lot of water. i always have a water bottle with me everywhere i go. so you could try doing that.

im trying to eat healthier as well, so all i drink is water. i completely gave up all kinds of sodas and all that. ive heard that diet sodas arent the best for you, so i wouldnt recommend drinking those.

give up carbs. try not to eat bread, and butter and all that fatty stuff. no more salt either. all this can make you gain like crazy if you eat a lot.

i really enjoy the special k brand and everything that they have at the store. i eat the cereal, waffles, protien drinks, snack bars. on the box it says that you can lose 6 pounds in two weeks just by following a certain pattern that they have on the back of the box. so that would be something to think about trying.

if you want to eat little snacks, get fat free ones-- they are still really good, trust me.

ever heard of '100 calorie packs'? they have branched out some in the kind of snacks you can buy, like chips, cookies, and pudding. and its only 100 calories per snack.

so food wise, just browse the store and look at what kind of foods they have that will set you on the right track.

also, as much of a dread it may be, you need to work out some too. try running, doing crunches, and just keep motivated as much as possible. it doesnt have to be anything extreme.

i do pilates, and that works out like everything on your body. on the work out videos, it allows you to chose which part you want to focus on. its fun, and you see results fast!

if you set your mind on a reasonable goal of weightloss, you will accomplish it no problem, as long as you eat smart and excersise.
(:

it takes time. it really does, healthy weight lost ranges from 1-2 lbs a week. Anymore, and you're at risk for gaining it back.
