The best thing you can do is to go up to her and tell her what other people say. Just be like, "Look, a lot of the people at school are calling you a slut cause you flirt with a lot of people, even after they tell you to stop. I am not trying to make you mad, but I just thought you should know." I have friends like that, and I will tell them that point blank. Does she know people around school think she is a slut? Also, does her boyfriend know that she is very flirty? You might need to ask her if she knows those answers. And I think the thing to do is to talk to her about it. Hope this helps [ so_confused's advice column | Ask so_confused A Question ]

If he does, then he should know that she's flirty as you described, so don't worry about him getting hurt.
However, either way, if your friend still flirts with other guys, you should definitely remind her that she really shouldn't be doing that. Do mention the boyfriend.
Since you said she's your best friend and "the only person you can talk to about stuff", you should be able to talk to her about this.
