Is Marfan's Syndrome a gamete or body cell disorder? Does it start as an adult or as an infant?

It's genetic. A person is born with it, but often it's not noticed that they have it until it's too late (typically the aorta or other blood vessels/arteries tear, and they bleed to death. Ah, biology. So morbid at times. Although nowadays, there's better ways to diagnose diseases and characteristics are recognized more easily. Also, it's believed that Abraham Lincoln had the disease. I noticed that the search results didn't have him listed every time.

It is a disorder of connective tissue
It is inherited so starts at birth
