there isn't any issues, everything is perfectly normal. the only problem is that during sex your clitoris isn't being stimulated.
when a guy fingers or eats a girl out, he is more likely to give stimulation to your clitoris than he is during sex.
if you know where your clitoris is, try having him stimualte it more during sex. ask him to rub it while you guys are having sex.
if you are unaware of where your clitoris is, then you can search it on wikipedia.
