Ok I don't really know how to dance that great, the hip moving kinda stuf but how can I learn?

Watch videos and practice. Thats how I learned. You have to be loose and just let yourself be free. You cant do exactly what they are doing until you know what your body is capable of. You also have to be comfortable with yourself and your body and you have to know how to relax.
