psycological disorder that was just talked about on ABC's 20

so about half an hour ago i was watching 20/20 on ABC and they talked about a disorder where people pull out their hair and eyelashes and eyebrow hairs. i missed what it was called because it was so long but i know it started with a T. if anyone knows what this was can you let me know?

Yes! I'm NOT the only one who watches 20/20! =]

Anywho...
Yes, it was called "Trichotillomania", (but they shortened it to just "trich") which I'm almost positive they said is considered to be like Tourettes, because of the frequent unwanted movement, etc.
