lalala weight loss tips? hey i'm 14/f
and i need tips for weight loss.
i weigh 100 lbs!!! (don't laugh at me)
i know i need to lose some weight.
or if you can give me tips for avoiding food, not eating and making your family believe your okay, that'd be GREATO!

first i just want to say that being 100 pounds at 14 is completely NORMAL. there is nothing wrong with you at all, and you are far from being overweight. second, please don't try to starve youorself and then try to make your family believe that you actually are eating. just please don't, because that could lead to anoerexia which is not good.
what i can tell you is that instead of avoiding food, just try to eat healthier. drink more water, eat more fruits and veggies, yogurt, stay away from fast food, eat more lean meats and nuts, lean fish, wheat breads etc.
for exercise just try to do some simple workouts for your core muscles. running on a treadmill always hleps too =]
just don't try to overdo it. overworking yourself is not healthy!!

You may think you need to loose weight, but that isn't that heavy. I personally think that you are the perfect weight, if not too light. I know that isn't an answer to your question, but I don't believe you need one, if you get that. I hope you can see you are great weight. Sorry I couldn't give you the right answer. ]
