hey i'm 14/f
and i need tips for weight loss.
i weigh 100 lbs!!! (don't laugh at me)
i know i need to lose some weight.
or if you can give me tips for avoiding food, not eating and making your family believe your okay, that'd be GREATO!

what i can tell you is that instead of avoiding food, just try to eat healthier. drink more water, eat more fruits and veggies, yogurt, stay away from fast food, eat more lean meats and nuts, lean fish, wheat breads etc.
for exercise just try to do some simple workouts for your core muscles. running on a treadmill always hleps too =]
just don't try to overdo it. overworking yourself is not healthy!!
