why do my breasts get so tender before my period, and how do i make it stop?

You can't really make it stop. It's normal symptoms. I get that too. Your bodies really working hard because it thinks it has to prepare for a baby. It's normal, don't worry. You can maybe try a hot bath. It might not do too much.

Hormones.

You can't make it stop, but getting put on birth control can stop some period symtoms and make them not as severe.

Midol will also help.

It is because of hormones affecting the mammary glands and breast tissue. It is normal. It sucks, I know, but it is normal. Ice packs and pain relievers can help a little bit.
