Fingering means he puts his fingers in your vagina and pretty much does what he would do in real sex but with his fingers. Oral is just him putting his mouth down there. I hope I didn't answer too bluntly (and I'm glad you aren't going to do anything). don't ever be afraid to ask those kind of questions, it's better to know then to be completely naive sometimes. At least to me it is.
