ok im having trouble shaving my vagaina. everytime i do it i end up bleeding from getting cut with the razor. i have no trouble going with the grain, but when i try to go the other way to make it extra smooth it gets cut and the next day it gets red and irritated and i think there are ingrown hairs. any advice? i want to be extra smooth and i dont want to wax either.
spirit246 answered Sunday March 23 2008, 1:56 pm: use your hand to hold the skin firmly so you're shaving a flat suface. notice that all the hairs don't grow in the same direction, so work accordingly. you should shave bottom to top, because that's the opposite direction the hair is growing. make sure you're using a clean razor and remember not to use the same razor more than 5 times. immediately after you shave put baby powder on it.
