But if you stretch intensely for the next two weeks like the columnist below said, then it will definitely improve- but I doubt you will be able to have perfect splits in that amount of time. Im 15 & been cheering sence i was 4 honey =) What you can do is stay in the " stradle " position for as long as you can hold it ( which is sittin on the floor and spreading your legs as far apart as you can ) Each time you will find it easier to go farther . Dont stretch tooo much because youu can pull somthing, & when you bring your legs in dont just PULL them in like shake them in. When you do your toe touches , dont bend your back no matter how horrible it looks . Keep your Back straight and keep your arms at a " T " position . It will get high over time .
