You need to readjust your thinking my dear. Dating is about finding the right person, if you're going to take it personal every time a guy decides you're not the right girl for him, you're going to waste a lot of time crying over a tub of ice cream. Stop looking at dating as a contest and look at for what it is, a test. One you should be giving each other.

First i want to say im sorry about the break up.Breaking up is not fun,no one should go through it but unfortunately we all go through it.I was just in a recent break up myself.Try doing things to get your mind off of the break up like take up a hobby that you've always wants to do,cooking, hanging out with your friends, seeing a funny movie, taking a road trip,or working.Just don't sit in the house thinking about him and cry.Guys aren't worth crying over trust me.Since it's the summertime now who knows? you could meet a great guy when you least expect it :)

It's okay to be upset. Let yourself grieve for this loss. Feeling sad isn't a bad thing. It will help you heal and recover. Just let your friends know what happened and how upset you are, and they will help you get through it. If you have to go to the bathroom and cry between class, then do it. It's okay to cry.
