Like three days ago i gave my bf a bj and after he wiped the cum off of his hands with a paper towel. I'm not sure how soon after, but after that he fingered me. Is there any chance at all of me being pregnant?

Sperm can live for a while outside of the body so there is a small chance. And i mean a very small chance, I really doubt that you are pregnant but next time please be more careful.

Yes, there is a slight chance, but by wiping his hands off there's a less chance of getting pregnant, but in order for him to remove the sperm entirely from his hands he must wash your hands off with soap and hot water to kill the sperm that is in the semen before doing that.
