CalamitySami answered Tuesday March 11 2008, 1:13 am: Darling... You are not fat. Trust me, I'm also 5'6 and I weigh 130 llbs. But thats because I dance 5 hours a day and have a lot of muscle. And because I have many friends that play water polo I can tell you that most of your weight is probably muscle.
Your BMI is what is important. and yours is 18.7 (just type BMI Calculator into google)
That means that your weight is where is should be and even a little low. Don't focus on your weight so much as being Healthy. Eat healthy foods and snacks. Lots of Veggies, Fruits, Dairy and Meat. If you want to avoid Gaining weight then stay away from anything with a lot of sugar, and don't eat Starchy foods, such as Bread and Rice. With as much exercise that you are getting now, as long as you eat healthy you won't gain any weight, and maybe lose a few.
Another Tip: Snack through out the day. Keeping your blood sugar at a steady level is very good for you. And then when you come to dinner time, or lunch, you will not be tempted to have large helpings.
one more: Don't eat past 7. you need to give your body time to digest all the food before you go to bed.
(I know this isn't exactly what you wanted to hear, but I hope I was of help)
