all those suggestions that the girl wrote about before me are great... remember, youre not going to see improvements within a few days, itll probaly take awhile... umm ive also heard taht proactive is some really great stuff and works very well...if the problem still persists then go to a dermatologist! thats what i had to do because after awhile just nothing was working... when you go to a dermatologist they look at your skin and indentify what types of zits you have and then they prescrive you some really great medicine (pills, cream) something like that and of course those are alot stronger then store bought stuff so it will work alot faster...cleared me right up i love it :) but yeah otherwise just buy some body washes and creams for acne at the store first (clearsil) and see how those work!

I know it sucks. I had the same issue. My guess is you have long hair right? Well that tends to be one of the causes of acne on your back, shoulders, and chest, its where your hair, that tends to naturally have many oils in it is constantly against your skin. So tips:
- Take a shower in the morning and in the evening and use Clearasil (really strong and good stuff) to wash where ever you have the body acne.
- Wear tops that cover a little more. Or when you are wearing a tank top or such have your hair pulled back a little, in a pony tail or some kinda Up-Do
- Change your shampoo and conditioner. No joke, it might help a,lot. It did with me. Because once you use one kind of shampoo/conditioner for an extended period of time. Your hair gets like a oily coating on it. So I've learned that every time i go to buy shampoo and conditioner, I have to buy a different brand than the last two I bought. so I cycle through about five brands.

Good Luck!

PS: I've found that the Clearasil Ultra Acne Clearing Scrub works the best. You can see a result in as little as 3 days.
