I am always hungry. Not just that I want to eat, but literal stomach hunger. I can eat a full supper, and still be hungry for more. I know its not healthy... how can I not be hungry, so I can eat less?

Here is a list of high fiber fruits, vegetables, and grains:
Grain Products:
* whole grain breads, buns, bagels, muffins
* Bran Flakes, All Bran, bran Buds, Corn bran, whole wheat Shreddies, 100% Bran and Fiber 1
* Cooked cereal such as Red River and Oat Bran
* whole-wheat pastas
* whole grains such as barley, popcorn, corn and brown rice
Fruits:
* dried fruits such as apricots, dates, prunes and raisins
* berries such as blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries
* oranges, apple with skin, avocado, kiwi, mango and pear
Vegetables:
* broccoli, spinach, swiss chard, green peas and other dark green leafy vegetables
* dried peas and beans such as kidney beans, lima beans, black-eyed beans, chick peas and lentils

A lot of the time, when you feel hungry that's actually your stomach telling you that you're thirsty. So, theoretically, if you drink water all day, you won't be as hungry. I tried that once, and I actually forgot to eat lunch and dinner (and I'm like you with the hunger). The only downside is that you will have to pee a lot. Try eating more fulling foods like vegetables. They are healthy and should fill you up faster. [ XxdemhatersxX's advice column | Ask XxdemhatersxX A Question ]
