You obviously study until you are confident enough the night before that you are ready. Eat something large the night before that way you won't be so hungry the next day. In the morning eat something light just in case you get nervous. Get at least 10 hours of sleep and wake up so you have enough time in the morning to go over what have learned in case you have forgotten anything while you were sleeping. Stretch a little before you take the test etc. Also breathing in and out will help with the nerves. And tell your mind you have the capability to do anything so this should be a breeze because you know you are ready. When you tell your mind that you are ready it will trigger something in your body convincing it to relax. It is one of those mind over matter techniques. Good luck, I hope I helped and tell me what happens in your competition. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
