Andrew/14/Male:I want to make my girlfriend feel special but were not yet old enough for sex. Also i don't make alot of money. What should i do?

You're on the right track. Not everyone needs sex to convey their feelings, in fact, those who do at a young age generally have troubles expressing their selves other wise.
You don't need money, fine jewelry, etc to show a girl how much you care about them and how much you want them to feel special. You need only show your affection for this person.
Tell them how you feel and how special they are to you. Words can go a long way.

Write her notes, cuddles, random kisses, go for walks, TELL her what she means to you, go to parks and other places which don't cost money, have picnics, sweet txt messages, make her something..
If you're willing to spend a bit of money - get her favourite sweets etc, perhaps a teddy, rose.

both. Not rushing into sex is the
ultimate in making a girl feel
special.
Most girls do not need high dollar
gifts. Buy a cake mix and a can of
frosting and make a cake or some
cupcakes. Little teddy bears or
stuffed animals, not the big
expensive kind a little one will
do. Draw her a picture if you are
artistic or write her a poem.
Be sure you tell her how special
she is too. We girls love to hear

Every once in awhile you should bring some cheap ballons and candy or a big teddy bear to school for her. That will make girls jealous and think why can't their boyfriends do that you know. Pllus a girl loves that kind of thing. If your going for something more subtle, you should go over to walmart and get a really cute gold locket for very cheap. 30$ dollars or less. But you don't have a whole lot of money at all, by a single red or pink rose at a gas station real cheap and surprise her with it. Attach a cute little note to it even. Since its real cheap, small and loving, you should do it a lot. =)
