how many times can you go tanning at the same place in a day?

You are only allowed to go tanning once every 24 hours.

So, if you went tanning on Monday at 4pm, you couldn't go tanning again until Tuesday after 4pm.

once... if you go more than that your skin will dry out anyways and your tan will fade faster.

You are only allowed to go ONCE in a 24 hour period. The tanning salon is not legally allowed to let you tan again before the 24 hour mark has passed.
