Shoes.

Question Posted Sunday February 24 2008, 8:39 pm

I recently got a job at a grocery store. I need shoes. The shirt is blue, and then we wear black pants or khaki. Any ideas? It can't be clogs or high heals, and it must be white or brown. I'm a sixteen year old girl, by the way. Pictures would be great, as well as where I could get them. Thanks :)

Just get some tennis shoes. Make sure they don't hurt your feet when you're walking on them, so walk around the store a few times before you commit to any certain pair.

You are going to be on your feet a LOT.
The floors will make your feet ache. Get
a very good pair of walking shoes. Could
be Nikes or some other brand. Best bet
will be to ask the salesperson what the
best one is for what you will be doing.
You want one that won't break down to fast.
Good luck with the new job! :)

What you need are flats with non-skid soles, in case there was a spill, and it prevents you from sliding.

If you zoom in, you'll notice that the sole is grooved, which helps prevent skidding.

Look for those types of shoes, anything with a good, sturdy sole will work.
