coming from a person who cant open up, make her. i always want to but i need that extra push to actually do it. it might not be the right thing for your friend but i know it is for me. hope that helps

If a friend doesn't want to open don't force them to... when she wants to open up then she will

i am the kinda of person who doesn't like to open up because of regrets.. i have had many of them and that is why i'm the way i am

some people just don't do that. They keep everything inside. I don't think it is healthy but you can't really force her to do that. If she wants to she will. Just be there.

honestly, it takes her strength inside to break down the walls and open up to you. all you can do is listen and let her know how much you love & care about her and even try being REALLY open with her to encourage her, once she gains your complete trust i bet she will open it. it takes alot for some people to open up, but in time if they feel comfortable with themselves and others, it can always happen.

Well, you've thrown it out there that you are a listening ear and a supportive shoulder. That's about all you can do other than wait for her to be ready to open up.
Can't rush it, because that's on her.
Don't push it, or she will be less apt to say anything.
