Sima answered Thursday February 21 2008, 4:35 pm:
Actually, Sims 2 works well on my computer. But, like theymos said, you have to get an extra graphic card [which I did], because laptops take longer to process than actual computers.

Make sure that you don't have too many things installed on your hard drive, too many programs can slow down the game itself.

It will either work, or not work. It all depends on the processor of your laptop, [how powerful it is].

No. Games don't work on laptops, unless you buy a laptop with a graphics card. Those are uncommon and expensive.

Even if you got the most powerful gaming laptop available, games would still not run very well on it.

If you have a jump drive you can transfer the file of the game from your house computer to the laptop. If don't have a house computer then you need to go to a website where you can download it onto your laptop. If you do have a house computer find it online, download it, put it on the jump drive usually you can connect a jump drive cord to an mp3 player, plug it into your laptop. Then go to computer find the file or whatever file you stuck it in. Right click, clcik on send-to, and pick the option of putting it on your desktop. It should then be on the main screen of your computer.
