Actually, pain in your lower abdomen and, in some cases that I've read, bloating after sex can be the first signs of something called endometriosis. Endometriosis affects 1 in 15 women.
Here is a link providing more information about this condition:

Your problem also could be IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). IBS also means cramping/pain and bloating. The pain can sometimes be experienced after sex but usually more frequently than that. Usually this is accompanied by constant diarrhea or constipation (which is the most common cause of bloating, by the way).

If you suspect the problem is constipation then you really need to up your intake of fruits, vegetables, wholegrain cereals and bread, wholewheat pasta, and brown rice and beans. Make sure you're well hydrated (8 glasses of water a day). You can also purchase fiber now such as Benefiber or ColonPure (which they sell at GNC).

Also, the pain could be cysts on ovaries, cervix being bumped too much, the position of entry, or lack of lubricant. I've also read that some women experience this after sex when they have to go poo after and hold it in instead.

You definately want to mention these issues to your doctor on your next visit and let them rule out some things. A doctor is the only one that can really tell you what's going on down there.

I agree...I don't know about the pill thing casue I don't take em...but the pain thing yeah...when he has a big penis or he goes to hard there is pain. Sometimes bleeding. So maybe you two should go a little easier on each other until you get your body adjusted to that thing he is swinging hahaha.

The birth control pill makes your body react like its pregnant. All birth control does. It controls the release of the egg until a certain time. So its natural for you to have bloating. Now as far as abdomen pain, I think you should try a new approach. Or if he's rough dont be rough.
