my mom has lung cancer shes smoked for over 20 years im not telling ne of my friends becuz my mom doesnt want me 2 my best friend smokes a lot and how can i tell her i want her to stop without making a fool of myself and embarrsing myself im scared for my mom and now my best friend.. plz help !!

First off, sorry about your mom. Just pray if you believe in God. I can't help you with your mom but I can help you with your best friend. Why don't you ask your best friend if you could tell her something private and not tell anyone then tell her about your mom. Or even just tell your best friend that you know someone who could be dying just because of smoking. Telling somehow you feel about smoking ISN'T embarrsing, you're proving a point, I myself think that they are complety disgusting. Talk to your friend and let her know that smoking isn't helping her with strees or depression or whatever she feels. If she can't stop, talk to her mom I'm sure her mom doesn't know or even tell her you don't want to hang around that stuff so you don't get problems with your lungs in the future.
