i have to get braces march 25th i get spacers the 4th of march im scared shitless of spacers what can calm me down

I'm getting spacers by March also :] I'm scared to but their isn't much things you can do to not be scared, people will tell you they hurt but I mean just think of the great teeth you will have next by next year. :] Also, ask your school nurse to bring in tylonl or advil or motron, I heard that helps also.
