Best Friend and the Ex

Question Posted Thursday July 31 2008, 8:40 pm

Okay so my boyfriend recently broke up with me because I refused to have sex with him. My best friend has a class with him and he is constantly flirting with her.The bad thing about is that she has a boyfriend and the though of my ex trying to get her to cheat makes us mad.I feel giving him a peace of my m ind,but I don't want to be rude yet I have no idea how to tell it in a nice way. What should I do?

he sounds like a dick!maybe try to get you best friend to talk to him. he might ignore what you have to say since he did break up with you and probaly doesnt care what you have to say. maybe hes just flirting with her to make you jealous?

first of all that is stupid for him to break up with you for that reason. it's good you guys broke up though because he didn't really like the real you.But back to your question i think you should confront him because he is a jerk for trying to do that to your friend.

Well you have a right to be mad. And he's lucky that you're decent enough to actually want to remain civil despite what he did. You could just tell him up front that you (as well as your friend) do not appreciate him flirting with her. And if he reacts harshly - then just give him a piece of your mind no matter how rude it sounds. He deserves it for being such a shallow jerk anyway.
