i think you need to make a clean break from him.
no confrontation..
no talking on the phone
no texting
no hanging out...
no contact what so ever...
i know its hard but it is the only way you can fully get over him
you need closer...
and the only thing that can make you fight this battle is you...
be strong.
dont let him get to you.
hang out with friends and meet some new guys in the meantime...
having other guys, and friends around can help ypu keep your mind off him.

Delete his number from your phone.
Refuse to hang out with him.
Don't respond to his calls/texts.
Put away his hoodies/clothes that he left at your house in a hard to reach place.
Go out with your friends. Enjoy your life.
