What should i do?

Well my favorite cousin is having a sweet15 and since i had her in mine she put me in hers for like a dance routin very fancy whole dress up thing. and now i weigh about 135 but i want to loose like 15 lb from here until beginning of may. can someone help me with what i should eat what i should exersize. i honestly do 500 situps a day 40pushups and 30leglifts to help the tummy aread but im still sitting at that weight please help me

I think you need to slow down on the sit-ups, sometimes you can overwork your body and it will make you stay at the same weight. This may help you. =)

sitting up/pushing up etc, ISN'T helping, running, swimming, eat less or eat health is HELP yea and also dance thing too. i know running help tummy alot.

I hear the best workout for the tummy area is running. This builds muscle while burning calories. When picking out healthy food, you don't have to cut out junk altogether. You can probably get away with having it in moderation.
