could someone tell me what they did to lose weight?
I just want my stomach to be "smaller". I have a good body, I play sports, but I have the stomach that hangs over my pants when I sit. I know everyone does, but mine like, its my whole stomach, and not just like the middle. I weigh about 145 I have muscle, I just want to lose the fat I do have. If you could tell me what you did to lose weight, I would LOVE it. Oh im a girl btw.
sports:
basketball 1 1/2 hours 6 days a week.(about 3 games a week) but basketball is almost over.
eating:
normal. I drink a good amount of pop, like 3 cans a say, sometimes more. I know bad. QUESTION: If I drink lets say a can of pop a day, how much weight will I lose?
After basketball:
I mainly sit on my computer untill its time for bed.
Problems:
I dont live by any of my friends, and when I ask someone to walk/rub with me. They say yes, but when I text/call them, they don't answer, and I dont wanna go walking or anything by myself.
QUESTION:
If I walk my dog for a half hour a day, how much will that help me?(i walk up a big hill, thats a pretty good steep, but then I walk up a small hill, but its really steep)

ah i was like you, when i was 14 yrs old, i weight 130, perfect, i keep thinking myself as a fat, so i join cross-country not losing weigh, i like running, i know running a miles thing help your stom. go smaller and good and also sit up, playing basketball alot isn't enough, i play alot, volleyball, cheerleader, football, softball(i was little) so recently i havent play any of them, i weight 120, i wish i can go back to 130, that time i was depressing, stopped eatting, 2 time force myself throw up, olny 2 time, mosty time i don't eat alot, so right now I'm trying ganing my weight, so best way is run a one mile thing on football track thing everyday it help, or dance thing, i keep soo skinny becase I'm part irish( i heard it keep them skiiny) idk ha yea eat regualr food, healith and run 1-1 half mile or 2, hope it help, sso i will said go for RUN, i will go with you for run thing, i would support you, not your friend who won't, yea i love walking, run, oh another thing i did walk dogs before, they seem don't help, but if u take them to park playing around running around stuff like that, MAYBE it help i don't know, i olny walk, sometime i running around playing with them....yea hope it help :-/ ohh yea another thing try swim, last spring i join swim team, it good, make me strong, i don't know about stomach, ha but it help make it strong and skinny, i remeber it so skinny and strong and your arm and bottom, it help, yeaa swimming is good too, try that one.....and again hope it help ha.

I'm 13(im a girl 2) and I live with my mom,dad,and stubborn 7yr old sister. Recently my father who is a mechanic applied for a better job at Honda and while making his application he made my mom an application to as a joke...but today Honda called wanting my mom. All my life i've had a stay at home mom who had certian handy-jobs there but never really permanent jobs...and honda wants her to go to schooling for 6-8weeks! then they want her to work 2weeks 1st shift 2weeks 2nd shift and vice versa...that means id have to get myself and my little sister both ready for school and then make dinner for my dad and my picky eater sister all alone...and my mom is guilt tripping me into it by saying we need the money and my dad said it will be a life changing expierence for all of us but wat is this change isnt good? and my mom doesnt even like factory work!...and i have mild anxiety like i get nervous and anxiouse anout changes and this HUGE change has crying out of no where...what can i do to get through this?

yea, if were you, it soo HUGE pressure for me, but it good experinec for you, as a house wife, so you can be prepare for future, and thing your doing, it show you care about them and love them, my boyfriend's mom, woke up 6am and cook for u and everything, kepe thing clean, I'm try do that, i like it, keep doing, busy, if your nevrous then sit down and relaize or whatever.

Hello, I know this is a bit weird, but I am SO confused with my crush. I am in the 8th grade and I'm 14 and I go to an Arts school with a middle and a high school. Since I am more advanced in my instrument playing I get to the play with the high schoolers(I am very appreciative of this) and (oh, just to let you know, I play bass guitar) this boy (lets just call him Alex) also plays bass, he's in the 9th grade and he's really good. Sometimes I ask him for help and we talk a bit and even one time I got him in trouble for talking and he's the most quiet boy in class, so I do talk to him a bit more than everybody else does. Now, I find him interesting because he's the only quiet one out of all these obnoxious musicians. He never talks unless spoken to and I see that when we're not playing he watches other people's conversations, but HE NEVER TALKS. i dont know what to do i like being single but i like two girls

oh yeaa, i have alloott family vacation when i was growing up, frist of all where you live? if in California then you should go Newport Dune, camping area, it nice area they have active for kids and beach, park and also IF you have MOTORHOME RV, then drive through Utah, Wyocoming, Colorado, New Mexico, AZ, Grand Cayon, Las Vegas, or Pismo Beach camping area, or San Diego Camping area, yea it soo fun, for summer time best one is Newport Dune!!!!
